1. Purpose and Scope

Meet Greek Singles is an online social connection platform designed to bring together people who share an appreciation for Greek culture, heritage, traditions, and values.

Our goal is to provide a welcoming, respectful, and secure environment where adults can develop meaningful connections.

This Acceptable Use Policy applies to all members, visitors, and users of Meet Greek Singles, including Free and Premium members, and covers profiles, photographs, messages, audio and video calls, chat rooms, events, and other platform features.

By using Meet Greek Singles, users agree to comply with this policy, our Terms and Conditions, and applicable laws.

2. Age and Account Eligibility

• Members must be at least 18 years old.
• Members must provide truthful and accurate registration information.
• Impersonation, identity theft, and the creation of fraudulent or misleading profiles are prohibited.
• Members may not create accounts on behalf of another person without appropriate authorization.
• Members may not use another person's account without permission.

Meet Greek Singles may request reasonable verification where necessary to protect the platform and its members.

3. Respectful Conduct

Members must treat one another with dignity, courtesy, and respect.

The following conduct is prohibited:

• Harassment, bullying, intimidation, threats, or stalking.

• Unwanted sexual advances or repeated contact after a member has expressed disinterest.

Members must respect personal boundaries and consent in all communications.

4. Human Trafficking, Exploitation, and Abuse

Meet Greek Singles strictly prohibits human trafficking, sexual exploitation, abuse, coercion, and any activity that facilitates, encourages, promotes, or supports such conduct.

Members may not use the platform to recruit, exploit, threaten, manipulate, or abuse others.

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Human trafficking or facilitating trafficking.
• Sexual exploitation, including exploitation of minors.
• Child sexual abuse material or any content involving the sexual exploitation of minors.
• Coercion, blackmail, sexual extortion, or threats.
• Promoting, arranging, or facilitating prostitution or commercial sexual exploitation.
• Encouraging or assisting physical, emotional, or sexual abuse.

Suspected violations may result in immediate account suspension or termination and, where appropriate or legally required, reports to relevant authorities.

5. Fraud, Scams, and Financial Solicitation

Meet Greek Singles has zero tolerance for fraudulent activities.

Members must not:

• Create fake profiles to deceive other users.
• Request money, gifts, loans, cryptocurrency, or financial assistance through deceptive or coercive means.
• Engage in romance scams, investment scams, phishing, or identity theft.
• Solicit banking information, passwords, payment card details, or other sensitive financial information.
• Promote fraudulent business opportunities or investment schemes.
• Use the platform for unauthorized commercial solicitation or advertising.

Members should never feel obligated to send money to someone they meet through the platform.

6. Profile Information and Photographs

Members must provide authentic information and use photographs they have the right to share.

The following are prohibited:

• Stolen, impersonated, or deliberately misleading profile photographs.
• Sexually explicit, pornographic, or exploitative content.
• Images depicting violence, abuse, or illegal activities.
• Photographs of minors presented as dating profiles.
• Content that violates another person's privacy, intellectual property, or other legal rights.

Meet Greek Singles reserves the right to review, reject, or remove content that violates these standards.

7. Messaging, Audio Calls, and Video Communication

Members must use all communication features responsibly.

Prohibited conduct includes:

• Sending unsolicited sexually explicit messages or images.
• Threatening, harassing, or repeatedly contacting another member against their wishes.
• Recording or distributing private conversations, photographs, or video calls without appropriate consent or other lawful authorization.
• Sending malicious links, spam, or fraudulent messages.
• Using communication features to facilitate illegal activities.

Free and Premium members must also comply with the communication privileges and limitations applicable to their membership plans.

8. Privacy and Personal Information

Members must respect the privacy of others.

Users may not:

• Publish another member's personal information without permission.
• Collect, scrape, or harvest member profiles or contact information.
• Share private messages, photographs, or other personal content without appropriate authorization.
• Use information obtained through Meet Greek Singles for harassment, fraud, marketing, or unauthorized commercial purposes.

Personal information must be handled in accordance with applicable privacy and data protection laws.

9. Spam, Advertising, and Platform Misuse

Members may not use Meet Greek Singles to:

• Distribute spam or unsolicited commercial messages.
• Advertise unrelated products or services without authorization.
• Operate bots, automated accounts, or unauthorized data-collection tools.
• Attempt to bypass membership restrictions or payment requirements.
• Interfere with the platform's security, functionality, or other members' experience.
• Upload malicious software or attempt unauthorized access to accounts or systems.

Community events and promotional submissions, where permitted, remain subject to platform rules and administrative approval.

10. Reporting Violations and Member Safety

Members are encouraged to report suspicious profiles, scams, harassment, inappropriate content, or other violations.

Meet Greek Singles may review reports, investigate suspected violations, and take appropriate action.

Members should exercise caution when communicating with people they have not met in person, avoid sharing sensitive information, and arrange initial in-person meetings in public places.

11. Enforcement

Depending on the nature and severity of a violation, Meet Greek Singles may:

• Remove or reject inappropriate content.
• Issue warnings.
• Restrict messaging or other platform features.
• Temporarily suspend an account.
• Permanently terminate an account.
• Report suspected illegal activities to relevant authorities where appropriate or legally required.

Serious violations, including human trafficking, sexual exploitation, credible threats, and fraud, may result in immediate action.

Enforcement decisions will be made in accordance with applicable law and our Terms and Conditions.

12. Changes to This Policy

Meet Greek Singles may update this Acceptable Use Policy to reflect changes in platform features, safety practices, or legal requirements.
