Refund & Cancellation Policy

Meet Greek Singles LLC
1. Premium Membership Subscriptions
Meet Greek Singles offers optional Premium Membership subscriptions with additional features and benefits.
Our subscription plans are:
- 3 Months: $49 USD
- 6 Months: $89 USD
- 12 Months: $149 USD
Subscriptions are automatically renewed for the selected billing period unless canceled before the next renewal.
The price, billing currency, renewal terms and applicable charges will be disclosed before payment.
2. Subscription Cancellation
Members may cancel their Premium subscription at any time through their account settings or the designated subscription management portal.
When a subscription is canceled:
- Future automatic renewals will stop.
- Premium benefits will remain available until the end of the current paid billing period.
- The account will revert to Free Membership status when Premium access expires, unless the member chooses to delete their account.
Cancellation of future renewals is different from requesting a refund or exercising a statutory right of withdrawal.
3. General Refund Policy
Subscription payments are generally non-refundable once the paid membership period has begun.
We do not ordinarily provide refunds for unused membership time, inactivity, dissatisfaction with available matches, or a member's personal decision to stop using the platform.
Exceptions include:
- Refunds required by applicable law.
- Verified duplicate or incorrect charges.
- Confirmed technical or billing errors.
- Exceptions approved by Meet Greek Singles at its discretion.
Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights.
4. Withdrawal Rights for European Consumers
Consumers in the European Union or European Economic Area may have a statutory right to withdraw from an eligible Premium subscription contract within 14 calendar days of its conclusion, without providing a reason.
To exercise this right, members must notify Meet Greek Singles of their decision before the applicable withdrawal period expires by emailing info@meetgreeksingles.com. A clear statement identifying the account and purchase is sufficient.
Where a member has expressly requested that Premium services begin during the withdrawal period, and applicable law permits it, Meet Greek Singles may deduct a proportionate amount for services provided before receiving the withdrawal notice.
Where the necessary legal conditions for such a deduction have not been met, the members will not be charged for those services.
Eligible refunds will be processed without undue delay and within 14 days after receiving a valid withdrawal notice, using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
This section does not limit any additional mandatory rights under applicable national law.
5. Automatic Renewal
Premium subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled.
The recurring price and renewal schedule will be disclosed before purchase.
Members can manage or cancel their subscriptions through the available subscription management system.
Meet Greek Singles will provide any additional renewal notices or cancellation mechanisms required by applicable law.
6. Currency Conversion
Our base subscription prices are established in US dollars.
Where available, Stripe Adaptive Pricing may offer payment in a member's local currency.
The checkout page will display the applicable currency and amount before purchase. Exchange rates may change between billing periods.
7. Account Deletion
Members may request permanent deletion of their accounts at any time.
Account deletion will end access to the platform and, once the associated cancellation process has been completed, stop future Premium subscription renewals.
Personal data will be deleted or anonymized in accordance with our Privacy Policy, subject to applicable legal obligations and permitted retention requirements.
Account deletion does not automatically entitle a member to a refund, except where required by law or otherwise approved.
Members may contact us for assistance with account deletion or subscription cancellation.
