1. Eligibility
You must be 18 years of age or older and not married to become a member.
Meet Greek Singles is intended for single, separated, divorced or widowed adults seeking dating, relationships, friendship and community connections.
You agree to provide accurate information and not impersonate another person.
2. Your Account
You are responsible for keeping your account and password secure.
Your account is for your personal use only and may not be transferred or shared with another person.
We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these Terms or create a risk to members or the community.
3. Member Conduct
Members must treat others respectfully.
You may not use Meet Greek Singles to harass, threaten, discriminate against, defraud or deceive others; solicit money; promote illegal activity; send spam; advertise without permission; or post unlawful, abusive, obscene or infringing material.
Sexual exploitation or inappropriate content involving minors is strictly prohibited and may be reported to the appropriate authorities.
4. Your Profile & Content
You remain responsible for and retain ownership of the photos, profile information and other content you provide.
You give MGS permission to display and process that content as necessary to operate and promote the service. You may not upload content that you do not have the right to use.
We may remove content that violates these Terms or our community standards.
5. Safety
MGS does not conduct or guarantee background checks on every member and cannot guarantee the identity, intentions or conduct of members.
Use good judgment when communicating with or meeting someone. Never send money or financial information to another member. Report suspicious or inappropriate behavior to MGS.
6. Free & Premium Services
MGS may offer free features and optional paid Premium features or subscriptions. Prices, duration, renewal terms and cancellation conditions will be clearly displayed before purchase.
Any automatic renewal will be disclosed before purchase and members will be provided with a method to cancel, as required by applicable law.
7. Events, Meet-ups & Trips
MGS may offer or promote community events, meet-ups or group trips. Additional terms may apply to particular activities.
Participation is voluntary, and members remain responsible for their own personal safety, travel arrangements and conduct.
8. Privacy & GDPR
Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, how it is used and shared, how long it is retained, and the choices and rights available to you.
Where the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applies, we process personal data in accordance with applicable GDPR requirements and provide the rights available under GDPR.

9. Termination
You may stop using MGS and close your account at any time.
MGS may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, threaten the safety of members or misuse the service.
10. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
MGS provides a platform for people to connect. We do not guarantee matches, relationships, compatibility or the accuracy of information provided by members.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, MGS is not responsible for the conduct of members or for indirect or consequential losses resulting from use of the service.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States, subject to any mandatory consumer or other rights that may apply to you under the laws of your place of residence.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms when necessary. Material changes will be communicated as required by applicable law. Continued use of MGS after the updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms where permitted by law.
